New British No.1 Jack Draper produced a spectacular display to beat defending Champion Carlos Alcaraz at the Queen’s Club Championships. Alcaraz was the strong favourite to retain his crown after winning the French Open earlier this month. However, Draper proved too good for the young Spaniard and won their second-round match 7-6 (7-3) 6-3.

It capped off a memorable week for Draper who his first ATP title at the Stuttgart Open on Sunday. World No.2 Alcaraz was also the highest ranked player Draper has beat in his career so far.

The victory will give him extra confidence leading into the Wimbledon Championships which begin on Monday 1^st July at SW19.
