American Tommy Paul proved too strong for Lorenzo Musetti in the final at the Queen’s Club to win the title 6-1 7-6. He is the first American winner of the tournament since Sam Querrey in 2010 and his victory has propelled him to the US No.1.

The Queen’s Club Championships is a prestigious pre-Wimbledon event and past winners include, John McEnroe, Andy Murray & Carlos Alcaraz. Alcaraz was the defending champion coming into the tournament after capturing his maiden French Open a few weeks ago. However, he was shocked by Britain’s Jack Draper.

The young Spaniard defends his Wimbledon crown which begins on Monday 1^st July. The Championships are the most prestigious tennis tournament in the world.
