British No.1 Jack Draper produced one of the best performances of his career beating Taylor Fritz to reach the quarter final at Indian Wells.

Draper was considered an underdog ahead of his clash with the world number four Fritz. However, he took control of the match after a seven-game winning streak and claimed the victory in straight sets 7-5 6-4.

The 23-year-old will now face big-serving American Ben Shelton for a place in the semi-finals.

Elsewhere, Wimbledon Champion Carlos Alcaraz ruthlessly dispatched Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov 6-1 6-1 to continue his quest for glory in California.
