STORBRITANNIEN: 020 3904 5599Wimbledon Champion Jannik Sinner continued his incredible run of form this season to beat rival Carlos Alcaraz in the final of the Monte Carlo Masters. The Italian proved too strong for Alcaraz in a tense final and won the contest in straight sets 7-6 (7-5) 6-3.
Sinner has now won three Masters 1000 titles in 2026, having already collected the Indian Wells & Miami Open. His latest victory in Monte Carlo has also returned him to the World No.1 spot ahead of Alcaraz.
Winning on the Monte Carlo clay will give Sinner great confidence heading into the French Open next month. The Italian lost in the final at Roland Garros last year to Alcaraz in a 5-set epic and will be determined to avenge that defeat this year.
