英国：020 3904 5599Emma Raducanu produced a dominant display against Sara Sorribes Tormo to secure a place in the last 16 at Flushing Meadows, defeating her Spanish opponent 6-0 6-1.
Making her first appearance at an overseas Grand Slam, Raducanu has had a remarkable tournament so far in New York and will play American Shelby Rogers for a place in the quarter finals. Rogers will likely pose a sterner test after she stunned World No 1 Ashleigh Barty in the previous round.
Raducanu burst onto the scene at Wimbledon earlier in the year when she reached the last 16 at SW19. She is quickly becoming a fan favourite amongst tennis enthusiasts and ex-players such as Tim Henman have been particularly excited by her impressive ball striking and precision hitting.
