Raducanu sets up third round tie with Iga Swiatek

Former 美国公开赛 Champion Emma Raducanu is through to the third round of the Australian Open after beating Amanda Anisimova.

The British No.2 struggled with more injury problems during her second-round tie with Anisimova. Raducanu experienced back pain and spasms which required treatment. However she managed to claim the victory in straight set 6-3 7-5.

It is the first time Raducanu has reached the last 32 in Melbourne. She will now face World No.2 Iga Swiatek who will present a difficult test for the 21-year-old. Raducanu is yet to beat Swiatek in her career so far.
