Ticket Delivery
The All England Club begins distributing digital Debenture Tickets to holders approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the start of The Championships. Once we have received from the individual Debenture Holders, we carefully allocate seating and prepare tickets for dispatch. Our goal is to ensure your tickets are transferred to you at least 7-10 days before your scheduled attendance at Wimbledon. In many cases, you may receive them even earlier to give you peace of mind and ample preparation time.
Digital Ticketing with the MyWimbledon App
In 2021, digital ticketing was introduced to simplify the ticket transfer process and enhance security. To receive your tickets, you need to create a MyWimbledon account and use the Wimbledon App on your smartphone. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Create a MyWimbledon Account
Visit the official Wimbledon website and click ‘Login’ at the top right of the page. Then, on the popup, click the ‘Join’ button at the bottom. Here, you’ll be prompted to enter your details and create a secure account using your email and password.

Confirm Your Email Address
After creating your MyWimbledon account, please send us the email address you used to set up the account. This will be the email we need to transfer the tickets to your account.

Ticket Transfer
Once your tickets are ready, you will receive an email from Wimbledon (noreply@wimbledon.tickets) asking you to “Accept” receipt of them. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure swift transfer into your account.

Log In and Access Your Tickets
Open the app and log in using the credentials you created. Your digital tickets will be automatically loaded into your account, ready for use. If you have multiple tickets, you’ll see them all organized within the app.

Download the Wimbledon App
At the end of May, the Wimbledon App will be updated and available to download to your smartphone, from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). This app will serve as your digital wallet for your Debenture tickets.

Show Your Ticket on Arrival
On the day of the event, simply present your digital ticket on your smartphone at the entrance. The app allows for easy scanning, ensuring a smooth entry to the grounds.
