Swiatek & Sabalenka set up another final in Rome

World No.1 will meet World No. 2 again in the final of the Italian Open. Only two weeks after their clash in Madrid Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka will battle again in an ATP Final.

In Madrid World No.1 Swiatek saved three match points to win a thrilling final in three sets. The match cemented their places as the two best tennis players in the world. If she wins in Rome the Pole will become the first woman since Serena Williams in 2013 to sweep Madrid & Rome in a single season.

Sabalenka will be out for revenge as she enters her first final in Rome. The Belarusian has only beat her opponent three times our of eleven encounters.

The competition will be the final tournament before the French Open at Roland Garros. The Grand Slam in Paris will the second major of the year.
