The final Grand Slam of the year is reaching its final stages with the semi-finals about to get underway in New York.

World No 1 Novak Djokovic secured his name in the last four beating home favourite Taylor Fritz in the quarter finals. The Serb is seeking to extend his incredible record of 23 Grand Slam titles and will play another American, Ben Shelton, for a place in Sunday’s final.  

Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz is in action against twelfth seed Alexander Zverev in the quarter finals later today. The Wimbledon Champion has been in ominous form throughout the tournament and will be favourite to advance into the final weekend in New York.
